Sarah-Jane Aboboto (SJ) is a London based Choreographer, Creative Director and Entrepreneur.
A creative who loves planning and organising systems. Skills adaptable to different environments with an innate ability to direct and motivate others.
Specialising in Dance, Indoor Cycling (Rhythm Riding), Movement, Health, Fitness and Mindfulness.
SJ founded her own company GrooveCycle Ltd, creating an unique indoor cycling experience. Understanding the importance of creating workouts that produce positive health benefits yet enjoyable, she consults and creates programmes for other boutique studios in London. Developing new concepts, recruiting and training instructors to deliver high end classes and create an overall unique experience through sound, light and movement.
Combining her background in dance and music with the constant awareness that living a healthy balanced life is key for our mind, body and soul. Self taught and passionate, SJ worked in the entertainment industry for over a decade dancing on Stage/ TV / Video with artist such as Kylie Minogue, Gwen Stefani and Madonna. Then moved into choreography and creative directing with credits like The Rollings Stones 50th Anniversary opening concert at the O2 and directing many fashion shows, corporate and private events. SJ also has a special skill working with people with different abilities, levels and backgrounds - Individually or on a mass scale. One of her achievements was casting, teaching and directing thousands of volunteers & performers in London's 2012 Olympics and Paralympics closing ceremonies. Where she worked as a dance captain and part of the creative team.
